Working with Reports

Once you’ve opened a Report in CRM, the following guide takes you through how to work with the various features.

Report parameters

On most reports there is a section at the top with a range of parameters you can adjust; when done, click the Submit button to generate the report.

Note that each report will show varied parameters, depending on the type of report.

If you want to hide this area from your view, you can do so by clicking on the clipboard button.

Exporting data

From the Save menu in a Report, you can select to export the data to a number of different formats.

Searching the Report

Click on the binoculars button on the toolbar to open a search box.

Navigate the Report

If the report has multiple pages, you can use the arrows to move back and forth through the pages.

Print a Report

Click on the Print menu button to reveal options to print, preview or save as a PDF.

Adjust the zoom

Using the magnifying glass button on the toolbar you can select from different zoom settings.

Change the view

You can use the Single Page button to reveal options for the display of your report.
