Activate a new User account
When a user account is created on the CRM CRM, you’ll receive an email inviting you to use our CRM software. This step confirms that the correct email address has been entered – and allows you to choose your password.
To proceed, click on the “Accept the invitation” button.
You will then be taken to a page to set your password – enter it twice in the boxes and then click on the “Accept the invitation” button and you’re ready to go!
If you don’t get the invitation email:
- Make sure that you don’t have emails from Tallemu.com in your spam folder.
- It may take up to 10 minutes to initially compile the database for your trial, so try refreshing your emails after a few minutes.
If the ‘Accept the invitation’ button in your email does not work:
- Some email clients will disable the button.
- To resolve this, copy and paste the unique URL provided in the email, underneath the button, as per the following example:
