About Operations

Through the Operations module group, our system is equipped with Service Management functionality to help you stay on top of servicing, maintenance and asset up-keep. The group contains the following modules:

  • Tickets – allow you to centralise customer issues so that details are easy to track, sort and report on.
  • Projects – from here, you can create overarching projects and assign smaller tasks, breaking down workloads and providing structure for your team members.
  • Jobs – you can use this module to manage your on-site or in-field servicing jobs with ease an quickly produce a PDF report that contains details of the work performed.
  • Assets – you can organise and track products that your business has an interest in – whether it’s marketing collateral provided to franchises, appliances that you lease to customers or machinery you sell that requires regular servicing.
