PDF and Email Template system preferences
From Admin > General > PDF And Email Templates you can select which PDF Templates, SMS Templates and Email Templates will be used by default in a range of areas throughout CRM.
If you still need to customise your templates, click on the previous links to learn how.
Just click on a field to reveal the options to select from for each type of template.
Remember that if you make any changes on this page you need to click on Save at the top of the page to apply them.
Exceptions to the rule
When you are making Web Templates for Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, Subscriptions, Requests For Quote and Purchase Orders you can pair them with a specific PDF and Email template – that choice will override the choices you make in Admin > General > PDF And Email Templates.
