Messaging settings

From Admin > General > Messaging you select from a list that contains both Users and Teams to select from so that if you have incoming SMS that are not replies (i.e. there is no sender to give the reply notification to), you can determine who should receive the notification for these messages in CRM.

When working with these settings, make sure you click on Save at the top of the page to apply your changes.
