System security

There are global security settings that can be applied to your system.

  • To access all these settings, navigate to Admin > General and then scroll down to Security Settings. 
  • Set each field to match your organisation’s preferences. The choices you make here will apply to ALL Users.
  • Remember to click the Save button at the top of the page to apply your changes.

  • On each User record you can also set the timeout period for each user via the Session Timeout (Minutes) field.
  • Note that the maximum timeout period is 240 minutes, which is the system default.
