Matching your prices with MYOB

Important notes
  • Price Types in CRM are mapped with Price Levels in MYOB. See this file for more help with MYOB.
  • For Price Types to work correctly, you must ensure that the “Disable selling price lookup” field in Admin > General > Pricing is NOT ticked. See this help file for further details.
  • Specific help about how to work with Price Types in CRM can be found here.

If the names of your Price Types in CRM do not EXACTLY match those in MYOB Price Levels, you will receive an error.

To make sure your price levels are imported correctly:

  • Open your list of Price Types in CRM from Admin > Settings > Inventory.

  • Open your list of Price Levels in MYOB (preferably in a new tab or window so that you can see both systems side-by-side).
  • Edit the list in CRM so that it matches EXACTLY what is on the list in MYOB – spaces and capital letters matter, so it is a good idea to copy & paste the names into CRM from MYOB.
  • In CRM, go to Admin > Integrations > MYOB and go to the Advanced Configuration tab.

  • Scroll down until you reach the section for Item Price Matrix and then click on Import from MYOB. This will bring in your price data from MYOB, which will now match with CRM – system pricing is now in sync.
