PDF Templates
We’ve introduced the ability to customise a wider range of PDF templates via Microsoft Word.
- From Admin > Templates > PDF Templates you can use the Source field to select the area for which templates that can be created, then use the Type field to select the specific template.
Note that although Customer Subscription, Supplier Bill and Support Ticket appear on the list, these templates are not able to be customised at this point in time.
- We’ve also added a batch of templates to all databases – you can use these or download the Word document to customise them and then upload the revised document to CRM.
- As several areas of CRM have multiple types of PDFs that can be generated, these can be selected by choosing a Source and then specifying the Type of template.
- In the following example, I have chosen a Source of Sales Order and then can select from Delivery Docket, General (being the Sales Order PDF itself) or Picking List in the Type field.
For further information, please see our guide to customising PDF Templates.

- Import/Export History: you can see all of the records that have previously been synced i.e. the sync is complete.

Credit Notes
- Credit Notes can now be exported from CRM to MYOB. As a result, Credit Notes should now be created in CRM, rather than MYOB.
- The Credit Note cannot be allocated in CRM (the MYOB API doesn’t allow for this), so you will need to export the record to MYOB, allocate it and then come back into CRM to re-import the record to bring the allocation in from MYOB to CRM.
23rd May 2024
Inventory
- We have added an area for Stock Detail to the Inventory section.
- This area has replaced the previous Backorders section and provides a more comprehensive overview of stock that includes things such as incoming stock or stock committed to future deliveries.
- The area has 2 Advanced Filters applied by default in all databases for Backorders and Committed Stock.
- Using the array of stock information columns, you can customise the area to display stock information that is relevant to your business.
- You will need to ensure that your Users have access to the new Stock Details area, if required. Access is granted via the Product & Stock Management section in Teams.
- We have also renamed the Stocks area in Inventory to Stock.
