2026 Release Notes

  • Improved visibility of unresolved accounting export errors while the connection remains active.
  • Product categories are now sent to WooCommerce as soon as you click Create, including their image and parent category.
  • Projects are now sent to MYOB as soon as you click Create, rather than waiting for an associated invoice or purchase order.
  • Removed the Send to Accounting button from product categories, as accounting systems do not hold categories.
  • Improved MYOB error messages. Price type mismatches now identify the missing price types, and rejected credit note applications show the credit amount, amount applied and remaining balance.
  • Additional smaller fixes and performance improvements.

  • Expanded Reward Points support so customers saved as contacts can join a reward points scheme. Added product settings to control whether a product earns points and whether points can be used to pay for it.
  • Updated the Delivery App with driver notes, the ability to record unsuccessful deliveries using a reason only, opening hours display, and layout, language and branding improvements.
  • Additional smaller fixes and performance improvements.

  • Improved Stock screen performance for businesses with a long sales history, and made adding lines to a stocktake faster.
  • Reduced the system load from Follow Up and Deadline notifications.

  • Added a Do Not Download From Store Again checkbox and reason field on orders and quotes, plus a Do Not Re-Download Edited Orders connection setting, to prevent WooCommerce from overwriting documents edited in Tall Emu.
  • Added support for MYOB’s updated Business API access requirements. Refused MYOB connections are now recorded in the error report.
  • Staggered accounting and ecommerce synchronisation across customers. Documents repeatedly rejected by a connected system are now paused for 30 minutes before retrying.
  • Additional smaller fixes and performance improvements.

  • Added a delivery integration for managing delivery runs and drivers.
  • Updated the Online Help link.

  • Added an Allocated Sales Order lookup and Allocated Sales Orders column to the Purchase Order grid. Renamed the drop ship link to Drop Ship Sales Order.
  • Accounting lock-date rejections now display a clear error message.

  • Renamed Web Form Completed to Web Form Submitted throughout Tall Emu, including the browser and workflow trigger.

  • Updated Freight Hub with a two-step freight dialog, exact-quote booking and pricing settings in Tall Emu. Create Consignment now always displays freight options.
  • WooCommerce now imports only contacts with orders, reducing historical and spam contacts coming into Tall Emu. Contact imports are also faster.
