Support Options

1. Managed Support (Best for ongoing help)

Managed Support is our priority support package, billed quarterly or annually, that gives you:

  • 4 hours of included support per month (for phone or email)

  • Priority access to our helpdesk

  • Direct phone access to our support team

  • Proactive advice and guidance to keep you on track

Additional time beyond the included 4 hours is billed at a discounted hourly rate.

2. Casual (Pay-As-You-Go) Support

If you don’t have Managed Support, you can still get help as needed:

  • Email or phone support billed at $250/hour, in 15-minute increments

  • Covers troubleshooting, training, configuration, and other non-system fault queries
