Set up your Sales Pipeline
Setting up your sales pipeline is an important step in system customisation, so it works perfectly for you. Whether you want to add certain checkpoints in your customer acquisition process or simply want to rename the pipeline stages, so they match the definitions your business uses, the steps are easy.
Head to the main menu and scroll down to Admin. Then select Settings and finally Opportunity Settings.
To edit the sales pipeline, select Stage. Then click to add, edit or delete items in the list. Make sure you tick the Active box to ensure your choices are visible for selection throughout the system (untick this box to hide choices).
We’ve made a training video on this process so if you’re stuck, watch it below.
